Cancellation and refunds
For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, UK consumer law normally provides a 14-day cancellation period. If you expressly request an immediate digital download and acknowledge that your cancellation right will be lost, that right ceases once supply of the digital content begins. We record this consent at checkout.
This does not remove your statutory rights if the product is faulty, misdescribed, not supplied, or does not match its advertised features. For a broken file, missing pages, an incorrect product, or a payment issue, email support@ekenu.com with the Stripe order reference, and we will provide a suitable remedy under applicable law.
If you have not consented to immediate supply, we will not begin digital delivery during the cancellation period. Refunds are returned through the original payment processor when owed. We do not promise an automatic no-questions-asked refund after a valid consented immediate download.
