Privacy notice

Our purpose is to sell and deliver original digital products. Stripe handles card payment information and may process your name, payment details and email in accordance with Stripe policies. Our Cloudflare delivery database stores a payment-session identifier, purchased product ID, amount, transaction status and a file fingerprint to verify access and prevent unauthorised downloads. It does not store card numbers.

We may retain correspondence you send to support@ekenu.com so we can resolve an order. Payment records are kept only as long as necessary for tax, fraud and consumer-law compliance. Cloudflare may process essential hosting/security data. The storefront does not intentionally load advertising trackers or profiling pixels.

You can request access to or correction of personal data, or ask privacy questions, by contacting support@ekenu.com. Lawful record-keeping obligations may limit deletion of transaction records. Seller and contact details.
